I see the 2nd stimulus checks to start arriving sometime in the second half of November or even sooner. The election is coming up and Congress is under a lot of pressure to get a stimulus deal done. With a new stimulus deal $1,200 checks will be sent, and $600 unemployment will also start to go out.
