Yeah, that’s messed up but it’s how Wall Street really works. The inside management and directors of a company can buy and sell their company’s shares based on information only they know and it’s all totally legal. In fact, these insiders make billions a year doing it. But there is a way to get the inside scoop on these insider stocks to buy. In this video, I’ll show you how to find the stocks insiders are buying and selling. I’ll share how to analyze the insider trades to pick the best stocks and then reveal three insider stocks to buy and two to sell. An insider is just what it says, someone working for the company that has secret, market-moving information. Most of the time, this means executive management and those on the board of directors. These lucky few investors can buy and sell shares of the company based on that secret information and it’s all totally legal as long as they disclose the amount of shares and price they bought or sold. Most investment research sites will help you find this insider buying and selling information. I use Webull because you can find the top insider stocks for different time periods and I like the other features on the platform. Now just that buying and selling doesn’t always tell you anything. Management regularly sells shares they’re awarded as part of compensation and buying might just be a scheme to make it look like they’re onboard with the company. When you’re analyzing insider stocks to buy, always look for the dollar amount and whether it’s happening over one person or broadly across many directors and management.
