Then I’ll show you how to compare stocks in the third video so you always know you’re investing only in the very best. Investing in stocks IS NOT just about finding the right stocks to buy and getting those returns. In fact, that’s a very small part of it. What investing is really about is understanding why you are investing, creating those goals for your money. It’s only by making these goals real, by creating a mental image around each, that you will be able to stay motivated to save and invest even when the budget gets tight. That’s the critical first step to investing that will give your plan a direction. DO NOT neglect this step. It is so easy to create that mental picture around your personal finance goals and it WILL motivate you to succeed! Once you have those goals, you’ll be able to calculate exactly how much you need in retirement to pay for it all. You’ll have a dollar amount to invest and a plan to get there.
