Buying Gold as an Investment [5 Ways to Do It RIGHT]

Buying Gold as an Investment [5 Ways to Do It RIGHT] https://youtu.be/WKaSCnsUzIk I use four of these ways to buy gold as an investment but wouldn’t touch the fifth. I’m revealing the pros and cons of buying gold and how to invest. Buy physical gold bars at market rates on the platform I’m using, Vaulted, with this link https://ift.tt/2WzvLF1 As the price of gold increases, we start to see all kinds of scams and frauds come out. Gold can be a great investment and excellent safety asset but you need to know how to invest and the ways to do it. That’s why I wanted to do this video, showing you the four ways I use to invest in gold and one that I don’t recommend. We’ll start off with how to buy gold bars and why you might consider physical gold as part of your portfolio. This is the ultimate in safety because it’s an asset that doesn’t lose value against inflation or volatility. You can store your gold bars in a vault or get delivery. The downside to investing in gold bars or coins is the premium commission you pay but I’ve found a platform that does it at about half the cost. I’ll also show you how to invest in gold futures and how I’ve used futures to make over $20,000 profit in just a few months. These are very risky investments though so make sure you know the effect of leverage and how gold futures work. Gold stocks are probably the most popular way to invest in bullion and they have their advantages. You can trade gold miners in seconds and the fees are next to nothing. The problem with these is that company stocks tend to go down with the market even if the price of gold increases. The gold ETF is another option and gives you more direct exposure to the gold price. You get commission-free trading but no dividends while you invest, one of the advantages of gold stocks. Finally is investing in gold certificates and this is probably one I’d recommend against. There’s really no advantage here that you can’t get in one or more of the other methods and the cons are a deal-breaker. 1:28 Buying Physical Gold Bars 1:50 How to Invest in Gold 2:30 Pros and Cons of Buying Gold Bars 3:12 Investing in Gold Futures 4:50 Pros and Cons of Gold Futures 6:04 How to Invest in Gold Stocks 8:20 Pros and Cons of Gold Stocks 9:10 Investing in the Gold ETF 9:33 Pros and Cons of the Gold ETF 9:40 Gold ETF vs Gold Bars 10:19 Investing in Gold Certificates 10:50 Pros and Cons of Gold Certificates Join the conversation in our private Facebook Group! https://ift.tt/2SL3NCQ Join the Let's Talk Money community on Instagram! https://ift.tt/336QCQl My Investing Recommendations 📈 📊 FREE download - the 5 Sites and Resources I use to invest https://ift.tt/2ZgW3P7 Download this Portfolio Tracker and Investing Spreadsheet!
