When you first start a business, you wear all the hats -- and that's okay. It's a necessary process, and actually GOOD to get your hands dirty doing all the pieces of running your business. But, as the company grows, you learn two things: 1) there are some things that need to be done that you aren't very good at yourself. 2) there are some things that only YOU can do (at least, only you can do them in your unique way). In order to grow, you have to find people who can supplement your weaknesses and FREE you to focus on your strengths.
